Difficulties in selecting specific therapy in severe forms of congenital cytomegalovirus infection: view through time

Abstract: The aim — to show the feasibility of using ganciclovir for congenital cytomegalovirus infection (CMVI) by demonstrating two clinical cases. Clinical cases.
