Abstract:Twenty-six cases of primary mature adrenal teratoma in children have been described worldwide. We present a clinical case of such pathology in a child aged 3 months for the first time in the Russian literature. The course of diagnostic studies and the difficulties that radiologists and clinicians met when encountering a tumor common in childhood in a very rare localization are described in detail.
