Difficulty to Diagnosing Polyarteritis Nodosa in Children

Abstract: BACKGROUND Polyarteritis Nodosa is a necrotizing vasculitis that affects especially medium vessels. It can be a challenge in children due to atypical symptoms and long time up to diagnosis and treatment.
