Abstract: Objective. To describe the case of diffuse B-cell lymphoma in a child with HIV infection.Results. A 16-year-old child with HIV infection and generalized lymphadenopathy was diagnosed with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, stage III, negative central nervous system.
