Diffuse Esophageal Hyperkeratosis: A Rare Case Presentation

Abstract: Diffuse esophageal hyperkeratosis (DEH) is a very intriguing and impressive mucosal finding that is quite easily identified on endoscopy and histology. A distinction must be made between microscopic/focal hyperkeratosis and endoscopically visible DEH.
