Diffuse normolipemic plane xanthoma with underlying photosensitive dermatoses

Abstract: Diffuse plane xanthomatosis is a normolipemic non-Langerhan cell histiocytosis. Clinically, patient presents as asymptomatic yellowish plaques involving eyelids, neck, upper trunk and flexures. Usually, there is an associated haematological or lymphoproliferative malignancy which may precede or follow dermatological manifestations by many years.
