Abstract:Background: Diffusion-weighted MRI has potential for tissue differentiation, including cancer. It can also determine cancer histologic type. The ADC value reflects tumor cellular density, allowing tumor grading evaluation. This study aims to assess the role of DW-MRI in gynecological masses.
