Abstract:The article presents a method of rehabilitation of a patient with partial secondary adentia in segment 3, complicated by atrophy of the alveolar process. During the treatment, bone augmentation was performed using an individual bone graft with simultaneous installation of dental implants, conditions were created for the formation of a soft-tissue barrier, permanent orthopedic structures were made based on installed implants. Common types of bone grafting according to Kuri and Urban are described.
