Advancement of STEM-Based Digital Module to Enhance HOTS of Prospective Elementary School Teachers. Objectives: The goal of this research was to develop a valid, practical, and effective STEM-based digital module to help prospective elementary school teachers enhance their HOTS. Methods: This was a development study employing a four-dimensional model. This study enlisted the help of five lecturers and 100 prospective elementary school teachers. Findings: The developed STEM-based digital module is declared to be highly valid to use with score obtained is 3.38 and also said to be highly practical to utilize, with a lecturer aspect score of 95.67 and a student aspect score of 91.37. The STEM-based digital module also is declared effective in strengthening the HOTS of prospective elementary school teacher students which received an N-Gain score of 0.69 in the medium category. Conclusion: The study's findings revealed that a valid, practical, and effective STEM-based digital module has been established to enhance the HOTS of prospective elementary school teachers.

This paper aimed to discover the coping, initiatives, constraints, and challenges public secondary school teachers encounter in the new normal education. The central question of this paper lies in "What are the adapting and coping mechanisms of teachers and students in the distance learning modality amidst the pandemic?". This paper used the qualitative research design and employed a phenomenological approach to investigate secondary public-school teachers' coping mechanisms and initiatives in the new normal education. This paper focused on twelve public secondary school teachers in Cagayan, Philippines. The research's findings are: (1) Most teachers encountered substantial challenges due to a lack of resources, student supervision, and duties. (2) Most teachers were constrained by the advent of the digital era. (3) Public-school teachers cope with their students' needs by employing effective initiatives and teaching strategies. (4) Despite their weariness and stress, teachers report positive outcomes such as tremendous enthusiasm and building connections with the school community. Meanwhile, the schools' adaptation to distant learning should be guided and encouraged by the following policies and concepts:(1) Access to technology for students. (2) Regular monitoring and feedback (3) Providing curriculum and instruction of the highest quality. Through this paper, teachers may benefit from adopting various coping techniques and activities for the new normal education.

This article discusses the impact of transfer pricing on the benefits and sustainability of the hotel industry operating in many countries. The author believes that the hotel industry is just like any other industry where the impact of transfer pricing also impacts tax reporting and the company's actual financial condition. For this reason, we have made some databases of journal publications and websites as the primary data for us to study with a phenomenological approach so that these data become valid findings in completing the discussion of this business study. The descriptive qualitative study format became the design of this study by relying on data and evidence from field studies by digitally searching in journal publications such as Taylor and Francis, Elsevier, Google books, and many national scientific publications. Based on the study results and discussion of the data, we can summarize that transfer pricing impacts revenue on the sustainability of the hotel industry internationally. Therefore, transfer pricing rules, and policies for each hotel are allowed to be directly determined following the country's rules in which it is located the hotel operated.
