Abstract

The relevance of the concept of talent management in the context of widespread digitalization of business processes is investigated, and key features of the organization of a talent management system using digital and information tools are identified. The main directions of the development of the theory of personnel and talent management are given, taking into account the trends of digitalization and the use of digital management technologies in the functioning of organizations that modernize all aspects of the HR business. The role of information in the talent management process is noted, and the importance of managing the unique abilities of personnel is revealed. The methods and approaches to talent management of the organization are studied, their features are listed, talent management practices and their relationship with the functioning of the HR service of the organization as a whole are considered. The main tasks and processes of talent management of the organization are schematically listed in their interrelation and interdependence from each other. The process of evaluating the effectiveness of the organization's talent management is described, key evaluation indicators are studied in the context of the main stages of the organization's talent management. The features of talent management using digital tools are presented, the stages are considered, the implementation of which is necessary for successful work with talented employees of the organization, and the key tasks of talent management are highlighted. The characteristics and advantages of such a digital talent management tool as artificial intelligence, which allows to modernize a large number of routine tasks of the organization's HR service, have been studied. Conclusions are drawn about the state of digital development of the management process of talented employees of the organization, as well as about the importance and prospects for further development of such areas of work with the personnel of organizations as the management of their talents using the means and tools of digitalization and automation of business processes.
