The need to deepen theoretical research on the reproduction of regional natural-economic systems, the mechanism of their economic transformation and the development of methodological foundations for further improving the development of the region is one of the basic issues in the implementation of the strategy for sustainable development, determining the most effective directions for solving environmental management and environmental protection problems. The processes of transformation of natural-economic systems of a regional level are caused, first, by factors that contribute to the transfer of part of the reserves of natural resources into the natural-resource potential of the regions. Thus, the development of scientific and technological progress contributes to the reduction of current and investment costs for the extraction and processing of natural resources in the context of new technical capabilities. The role of the latter is also high in solving the problem of exceeding the growth rate of the use of natural resources in comparison with their reproduction and restoration. The rationalization of the use of reserves of natural resources, which is justified by the ever-increasing needs of society, necessitates the economic assessment of different gradation of natural resources in terms of quantitative and qualitative analysis. In this regard, the article attempts to find an answer to a number of questions about the content, object, mechanism of development of the natural-economic system based on the natural resource potential of the region.

Повсеместное распространение, портативность и мобильность цифровых технологий трансформируют сельское хозяйство и производство продуктов питания. В частности, в сельском хозяйстве и продовольственном секторе распространение технологий, услуг дистанционного зондирования и распределенных вычислений уже улучшает доступ мелких землевладельцев к информации, ресурсам и рынкам, увеличивает производство и повышает производительность, оптимизирует цепочки поставок и снижает эксплуатационные расходы. Несмотря на несомненную пользу цифровых технологий в сельском хозяйстве, их внедрение и использование в больших масштабах -процесс непростой. Целью статьи является сравнение распространения цифровых технологий в аграрной сфере России. Для этого использованы данные Росстата по сельскохозяйственным организациям, в основном за 2017-2021 гг. Анализ показал, что, несмотря на высокую эффективность, уровень распространения и использования цифровизации в агропромышленном комплексе пока явно недостаточен. Предложен комплекс мер по ускорению внедрения цифровых технологий в сельское хозяйство.

Current trends in the world economic system require developing new effi cient measures of support for agricultural industry based on the modern methods of production technologization. This is also indicated by the priorities established within the Russian Federation Food Security Doctrine, which presuppose formation of high-performance industries in the agricultural sectors. Thus, current economic conditions and scientifi c and technological development trends determine the causes and form the prerequisites for active development of the UAV market and expansion of the range of their use in various sectors of economy including agriculture. In this context, the author analysed development factors of the UAV market and evaluated the degree of impact of these factors. The hypothesis has been set up that current economic conditions and scientifi c and technological development trends determine the causes and form the prerequisites for active development of the UAV and innovative technologies market and expansion of the range of their use in various sectors of economy including agriculture. The empirical basis of the study includes expert assessments, regulatory legal acts in the sphere of development of agricultural UAV market as well as offi cial data from statistics agencies. Matrix factor analysis and ranking of expert assessments have been applied as the basic method. The author gives a ranked quantitative assessment of the factor impact on the UAV market including ranking of expert assessments. The author carries out detailed elaboration of expert assessments and on this basis identifi es major problems arising under the infl uence of heterogeneous factors of mega-, macro-, meso- and microenvironment on the UAV market. Thus, at the macrolevel signifi cant factors include climate change, rise in natural disasters, and need for satisfying the increasing demand on food products. Considering the factors revealed it is essential to establish strategic priorities for the development of the country’s agriculture.
