Digital transformation at logistics service providers: barriers, success factors and leading practices

Abstract: PurposeThe rapid advancement of digital technologies has fundamentally changed the competitive dynamics of the logistics service industry and forced incumbent logistics service providers (LSPs) to digitalize.
