Digital watermarking scheme for colour remote sensing image based on quaternion wavelet transform and tensor decomposition

Abstract: Digital watermarking is important for protecting the intellectual property of remote sensing images. Unlike watermarking in ordinary colour images, in colour remote sensing images, watermarking has an important requirement: robustness. In this paper, a robust nonblind watermarking scheme for colour remote sensing images, which considers both frequency and statistical pattern features, is constructed based on the quaternion wavelet transform (QWT) and tensor decomposition. Using the QWT, not only the abundant p… Show more

“…Qi et al [81] constructed a damage localization index based on lower and upper (LU) decomposition of the proportional flexibility matrix and applied it to detect damage in composite beams. Li et al [82] applied the quickly orthogonal and right (QR) decomposition to the proportional flexibility matrix of a structure under environmental excitation to construct the indicators for the localization of the damage. They used model condensation technology to overcome the problem of incomplete measurement of the flexibility matrix.…”

“…Literature [19] proposed a technique based on scale-invariant feature transformation to improve the accuracy of descriptor matching by histogram weighting strategy. Literature [20] proposed a robust non-blind watermarking scheme for color remote sensing images constructed based on quaternion wavelet transform and tensor decomposition to be used for preserving detailed host image features and improving watermarking perception, and the feasibility of the proposed scheme was verified through simulation experiments. Literature [21] considers the elimination method as a key part of image preprocessing, and the wavelet transform is utilized to denoise the image in order to enhance the recovery of the image signal.…”

“…This method is resistant to compression and geometric attacks. Li et al [23] used the quaternion wavelet transform (QWT) to transform the remote sensing images. The most stable coefficients were then filtered as the watermark embedding domain by tensor decomposition.…”
