Digitalization of organizations: current issues, managerial challenges and socio-economic risks

Abstract: The article explores issues related to the transition of modern organizations to digital technology. It is planned that by 2036 about 50% of jobs will be automated and, as a result, this will lead to a transformation of the labor market and a change in the socio-economic situation in the regions and in the country as a whole.
