Diglycidyl Esters Cross-Linked with Low Molecular Weight Polyethyleneimine for Magnetofection

Abstract: Magnetic polyethyleneimine (PEI) complexes have demonstrated to be simple and efficient vectors for enhancing gene transfection. However, the high cytotoxicity of PEI restricts its further application in vivo.
