Dimensional assessment of the tensor fascia lata muscle in fetal cadavers with meningomyelocele for flap surgery

Abstract: Objectives:The tensor fasciae latae (TFL) muscle may be preferred for the closure of superficial dorsal layers in patients with meningomyelocele (MMC).
