Abstract:The simulation results of the voltage divider operation based on switchable capacitors with diode switching for electrostatic microelectromechanical (MEM) generators are presented. It has been established that for the divider with diode-switched capacitors, the voltage dividing coefficient is not remain the same when the load resistance changes, and for higher load resistances, the load voltage asymptotically approaches the value of the power source.
