Abstract:A study into research capacity at two universities offered opportunities to both novice and experienced researchers. Here, Julie Douglas and three novice researchers, Yvonne Flood, Sara Morris and Claire Rushton, reflect on their involvement in the collaborative project and how it contributed to individual and institutional development.
