Abstract:This paper aims to theoretically analyze the behavior of Dirac fermions in tilted Dirac cone material, particularly those that have diffused a barrier potential. Our results show that the degree of tilt in the y-direction can lead to different collimations of the Dirac fermion beams relative to the Fermi and confinement surfaces. To study the transmission probability, we exploited our results numerically, taking into account the various configurations of the system and the different external and internal physi… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
