Direct Endonasal Approach with Partial Upper Posterior Septectomy. A “Rescue Flap” Technique Modification

Abstract: Objective?Report a modification of the ?rescue flap? technique using a direct endonasal approach with a partial superior septectomy for approaching pituitary tumors developed in our institution.
