“…Lower ratio of T:CD4 lymphocyte has been associated with cutaneous-systemic manifestations. In HIV patients, histoplasmosis induce atypical dysfunction of the tissue macrophages in the dermis with infiltration of inflammatory cells and cytokines with consequent tissue necrosis [3].
