Agriculture differs from other sectors of the economy by the presence of various forms of ownership, as well as the discrepancy between the calendar year and the production year. Therefore, for organizations specializing in the production and processing of products in agriculture, it is very difficult to choose programs for automating cost, operational and tax accounting. But, at the present stage, automation is necessary to maintain the competitiveness of the enterprise. In a market economy, planning is one of the most important management functions. The volume and quality of information provided by the accounting service is of great importance for proper and prompt financial planning. From this point of view, in our opinion, the system for organizing production, accounting, control and budgeting is relevant. Automation of budgeting in agro-industrial organizations will ensure production efficiency, increase productivity and labor efficiency, as well as competitive products manufacturing. The article describes the features of the introduction and application of information technologies, taking into account the specifics of agricultural industries. The theoretical and methodological possibilities of the automated budgeting system for the enterprises of the agro-industrial complex are also considered and analyzed. In summary, the main conclusions on improving automated cost accounting and budgeting are formulated.

The study’s relevance relates to the transformation of the human capital reproduction during the transition to a new socio-economic model and changes (digitalization, cyberization, customization, etc.) that are now taking place within Industries 4.0 and 5.0. The purpose of the study is to formulate the content and key directions of learning processes based on modeling and the formation of digital twins for the production and consumption of goods. The research method is based on the analysis of structural links in socio-economic systems, where the potential of human capital is realized. The study describes a trialectic model for the system development mechanism, which gives grounds to distinguish three types of essential components of implementing the specialists’ competencies (material, information, and communication). Based on the concept of “system of systems”, the necessity of multifunctional training of specialists for socio-economic systems is substantiated and shown on the list of personal knowledge/skills in the renewable energy sector. Recent trends in the reproduction of human capital, such as intellectualization, increased communication, internationalization, acquisition of skills, customization, and communication with consumers, are stated in line with Industries 4.0 and 5.0. The potential for future research is aimed at harmonizing relations between humans and cyber-physical systems, motivating the needs for self-development, and using disruptive technologies in the reproduction of human capital. The digital transition processes have demonstrated an enormous capacity to develop and implement sustainable solutions, which allow solving several problems such as poverty, high rates of species extinction and lack of equal opportunity. However, little attention is paid to the connection between the digital transition and sustainability. Thus, a systematic review of the bibliometric literature was developed to fill this knowledge gap and demonstrate the potential contributions of the digital transition to environmental, economic and social sustainability aspects. In environmental sustainability, the digital transition involves the application of technologies such as AI, big data analytics, IoT, and mobile technologies that are used to develop and implement sustainability solutions in areas such as sustainable urban development, sustainable production and pollution control. In economic sustainability, emerging digital technologies can drive transformation into the more sustainable circular economy, the digital sharing economy, and establish sustainable manufacturing and infrastructure design. In the digital transition to social sustainability, the studies analyzed demonstrate the need for multidimensional policy perspectives to address the current digital divide. For effective management of the digital transition that achieves sustainability goals, the study discusses alternative approaches that include innovation through experimentation, and dynamic and sustainable advantages achievable through temporary benefits.
