Distance Education Program in Electrical Engineering

Abstract: MIN-SUNG KOH obtained his B.E. and M.S. in Control and Instrumentation Engineering in the University of ULSAN, South Korea, and his Ph. D in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering at Washington State University. He was with KEPCO (Korea Electric Power Co.) for 9 years before enrolling in the Ph.
