Abstract:In this work, we present a hybrid cavity opto-magnomechanical system to generate distant bipartite entanglement between different quantum carriers. Accordingly, the system consists of two cavity photons, a phonon of yttrium iron garnet (YIG), a magnon, and a phonon of membrane.
