Abstract:In all-trans retinoic acid (ATRA) and arsenic trioxide (ATO) treatment of acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL), differentiation syndrome (DS) assumes a distinct identity separate from ATRA syndrome, with distinct temporal patterns, diagnostic parameters, and clinical behavior.
