Distributed torque control of deloaded wind DFIGs: Power reference tracking via fair dynamic dispatching

Abstract: In this paper we aim to address the problem of dynamically dispatching a group of state-of-the-art deloaded wind generators (WGs) in a fair-sharing manner. We use the term dynamically since the WGs aim to dispatch themselves according to a varying committed WF power output.
