Abstract:We study disturbance attenuation in output consensus networks consisting of passive linear time-invariant systems. When individual systems in a network are subject to exogenous disturbance, they may not be able to achieve output consensus perfectly. In such a case, it is important to design the network topology appropriately so that the individual systems reach consensus as closely as possible. In this paper, we provide a condition under which interconnections among the individual systems are advantageous in t… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
