Abstract:The number of publications on the topic of diversity, equity, and inclusion in plastic surgery has increased exponentially in the last 5 years. Numerous changes have been implemented. On June 29, 2023, the US Supreme Court ruled that affirmative action in college admissions is unconstitutional.
