Do Public and Private Sector Employees Differ in Empowerment Perceptions? A Comparative Study

Abstract: Abstract-The paper is an attempt to contribute to the literature on whether public and private sector employees differ in their behaviours in the organizations. Perception of empowerment was taken up as the focus of comparison. Data . were collected from employees of public and private sector banks in India.
