Abstract:Globally, breast cancer accounted for approximately 700٫000 deaths in 2020. Estrogen receptor alpha (ERα) is the primary pathway for breast cancer treatment. Tamoxifen (TAM) is the most extensively used drug for estrogen receptor (+) breast cancer.
