Abstract:Fetal alcohol spectrum disorder (FASD) is the most common cause of birth defects. The severe variations are in fetal alcohol syndrome (FAS) but the most frequent cases are alcohol‐related neurodevelopmental disorder (ARND), which is of a difficult diagnosis.
