Abstract: Polygonum lapathifolium Linn., as a hyperaccumulator, has a strong ability to bioaccumulate manganese (Mn). Sulfur (S) is an important micronutrient in plants and plays an important role in heavy metal detoxification and plant physiochemistry processes.
