Abstract:The Algerian hedgehog, which is an endemic Mediterranean species, is a nocturnal and terrestrial insectivorous mammal. Atelerix algirus’ populations are widespread in various habitats comprising human agglomeration, such as rural, suburban or natural ecosystems.
