Abstract: Parkinsonism is the primary type of movement disorder in adults, encompassing a set of clinical symptoms, including rigidity, tremors, dystonia, bradykinesia, and postural instability. These symptoms are primarily caused by a deficiency in dopamine (DA), an essential neurotransmitter in the brain.
