Abstract:Blood irradiation is done to sterilize and cease donor T-lymphocytes functionality to avoid Transfusion Associated-Graft Versus Host Disease (TA-GVHD). Dose mapping is the primary means of ensuring that the irradiation process is being conducted correctly.
