Dose Ranging Crossover Designs

Abstract

Dose ranging trials are used frequently in drug development to learn about dose response for both desirable and undesirable effects and to provide sponsors with confidence that investment in confirmatory trials for market access is likely to be successful. The design of crossover studies and analysis of data that develops from such crossover trials are discussed.
