Abstract:We reported the case of a two-month-old infant with a diagnosis of double aortic arch, with persistence of the left ductus arteriosus, with a recurrent pneumonias, underwent surgery and after the diagnosis made by angiotomography, however retrospective, simple chest plate, esophagogram and bronchoscopy were compared where the same findings coincide in all of them; the patient was discharged for improvement.
