Abstract:Diffuse large B-cell lymphomas (DLBCL) are a heterogeneous group of aggressive lymphomas. Approximately 40% of all B-cell lymphomas have a recurrent reciprocal chromosomal translocation, commonly involving an oncogene and an immunoglobulin loci enhancer.
