Double Trouble: A Challenging Case of Synchronous Catecholamine-Secreting Neck Paraganglioma and Pheochromocytoma

Abstract: Background: Sympathetic paragangliomas (PGL) are regarded as catecholamine-secreting, extra-adrenal counterparts of pheochromocytomas (PCC). Hormone producing head and neck PGL (HNPGL) are exceedingly rare, as most HNPGL are biochemically silent parasympathetic tumors.
