Abstract:Da'wah to invite people to good and prevent bad deeds must be done to everyone without exception, including those with disabilities such as the Deaf. However, proselytizing to those who are deaf rarely gets attention and is still done individually. There needs to be a transformative deaf da'wah approach in spreading Islamic values as done by Dr. Omar at the Yaqeen Institute.
