Abstract:We report, for the first time, the draft genomes of four multidrug-resistant
Pseudomonas asiatica
strains isolated from milk (2M1), feces (2F1 and 2F2), and farm soil (2S1) samples of dairy cows with clinical mastitis. The assembled genomes of these strains were 5.7 Mbp, 62.8% G + C content, and 50× genome coverage.
