Drops His Membership.

Abstract: Resolved, That there be made an Executive Council of five, consisting of the three officers of the Executive Committee, and two other members of that committee to be elected by the Exe¬ cutive Committee from their own number." This certainly does not involve a change of the constitution. It scarcely involves the necessity of reference to the general session, as it is asim¬ ple delegation of powers by a large committee to a smaller com¬ mittee of their own number.
