The most commonly implicated drug classes include: penicillamine (5,18), antimalarials (19), gold salts (5,12), antihypertensives, including β ‐blockers (4,5,18,20,21) and angiotensin inhibitors (5,6,21–23), nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs (5,24,25), and HIV medications (5,26,27).
