Dual-layer optimized grid-connected operation strategy of electro-thermal multi-microgrid system considering the uncertainty of renewable energy sources

Abstract: Interconnecting multiple combined heat and power (CHP) microgrids with the distribution network to form a CHP multi-microgrid system can promote the complementarity of various energy forms effectively and improve energy utilization efficiency. Therefore, a dual-layer stochastic optimal scheduling strategy of a multi-microgrid system interconnected with multiple CHP microgrids and multi-node distribution networks is proposed in this paper. In this strategy, the whole system is divided into two layers: (1) The l… Show more

“…Therefore, the energy management problem of MMG is essentially a problem of multi-scenes, multi-objectives, nonlinear and mixed uncertainty. To solve this problem, enumeration method [144][145][146][147][148][149], mixed integer programming method [80], [163], heuristic algorithm [89][90][91][92] have been studied respectively. Enumeration, as the name implies, enumerates all possible combinations of optimized variables.…”

“…To a certain extent, this method can reduce the complexity of scenarios faced by MMG system in energy management. Reference [145] adopted the method based on random scenarios to deal with the uncertainty of renewable energy generation and used a backward scenario reduction method to reduce the generated scenarios and the amount of calculation. Reference [146] proposed an energy management strategy based on unexpected events for MMG system.…”
