“…Serum lipid was analyzed by NALDI-MS; the detailed procedure has been described in our previous work. , In brief, the mass spectrum data of the patients and QC samples were obtained with a matrix-free method, in which each extracted serum lipid sample with a volume of 1 μL was loaded on a Lip-Si Array NALDI target (Well-Healthcare Technologies Co. China), which contains an array of sample spots with a vertical silicon nanowire structure.
