Abstract: Riboflavin (RF) and cysteamine (Cys) are vital in clinical and other fields, but their detection is often intricate and reliant on costly equipment and materials. Plasmon-enhanced fluorescence (PEF) using plasmonic nanoparticles offers a solution to enhance the optical properties of fluorophores.
