Abstract:We herein report a numerical investigation of dual plasmon induced transparency (PIT) effect in two-dimensional plasmonic metamaterials composed of two C-shaped resonators and one U-shaped resonator. The finite difference time domain (FDTD) method is herein introduced to analyze transmission
properties and electromagnetic field distributions of certain resonance wavelengths. It was found that, the PIT spectral response was affected by parameters of plasmonic metamaterials, such as the widths of C-shaped reson… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
