Dunnigan-Type Familial Partial Lipodystrophy: Understanding and Treating the Syndrome

Abstract: Dunnigan-type partial lipodystrophy, which is characterized by a number of metabolic alterations, change in body fat distribution, and autosomal dominant inheritance pattern, is rare in the general population.
