Abstract:Low Grade Endometrial Stromal Sarcomas (LGESS) are rare uterine neoplasms, with high propensity for local recurrence and an indolent course. Distant metastasis is rare. Hormonal therapy with progestin or aromatase inhibitors has been used successfully to treat relapsed and unresectable disease.
