“…From Table 1, it is seen that there have been limited number of designs of lossy capacitance multipliers in the open literature using various ABBs such as VDTA, VDBA, CFOA, OTA, DVTC, and ECCII. [22][23][24][25][26][27][28][29][30][31][32][33][34] A circuit with parallel immittance simulator having negative resistance and positive capacitance is useful in oscillator design and only one circuit, using two CFOAs, two resistors and one capacitor, has been reported in Özer et al 30 Therefore, in this paper, a new lossy capacitance multiplier circuit is proposed using a single CFDITA, one resistor and one capacitor. The performance of the proposed circuit is validated using 0.18 μm CMOS technology with CFDITA, and experimental results using commercially available ICs AD844 and LM13700 are included to support its performance.…”
